Having recently had a baby I was back at the gym but needed help with my diet and having done Jess’ amazing classes and getting to know her and her passion for food and healthy living I trusted she knew what she was talking about and she does! This is the best diet I’ve ever done as it doesn’t feel like a diet! Anyone can juice for 2 weeks, this is a lifestyle change eating gorgeous prepared meals with balanced ingredients from a wonderful lady who supports you all the way! The food is very tasty and delivered to your door, good portions and fresh produce! Highly recommend. Thanks Jess xx
