We ordered four XXL pizzas; they were all excellent. They were ready on time - actually a bit early, which was good because we picked them up early too. (Since we collected them ourselves I can't comment on delivery.) Staff attitude was pleasant and helpful.
I've always used Papa John's for my takeaway pizzas whilst living in Brighton. As I now live locally I was concerned about the amount of negative reviews, but decided to take a chance and I'm pleased to say that everything was as ordered. I ordered around 9pm and had my order in approximately 30 minutes. The delivery guy was friendly and even called ahead as he was having difficulty finding my property. The food was hot and tasty and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Best pizza ever tops any other places
Great customer service. Had order online in the morning, for the pizza to be delivered later in the evening (6:30pm). And was delivered bang on the time slot what was agreed. Which was great as I know timings can be difficult. The pizza was at a great temperature to, felt like it had just come out of the oven. Highly recommend this papa John’s to everyone.

just tried this joint for the first time and, to be honest it was definitely far from the worst. There were some downsides yes, but so does everything at some point. I ordered my stuff and it surprisingly came at a pretty fast time. The guy who got my order did double check to make sure it was correct. Unfortunately the only thing they got wrong was my side, but obviously that's no biggie. As for the taste, Although not what I ordered the sides were edible. As for the pizza itself, it was alright although it doesn't taste much different from dominoes or pizza hut. So in conclusion I give this place a 4/5. It's not much different from a lot of other places I get my pizza but at least the food & service was a lot better than expected. :)
Friendly staff. When handled food with baeare hand they ment put gloves on to make our food germs free.

Best pizza good customer service. I can see lots of deference from new management. Mistake is happening when humans work but for me all good. Recommended.
Tried for the first time tonight and our pizzas were lovely. I'm wheat free and the butternut squash base is by far the best gf one I've tried. I will definitely go back for more 😊

We have been ordering via telephone for last year, once or twice a month. Foods excellent, Delivery normally beets the 30-40 minutes that they say, oh and the delivery staff are very friendly.
The only down side is that ordering on the internet is cumbersome, and the 2 times we tried, we didn't get what we wanted - The answer is to just give them a call
Very tasty pizza and ok prices. The pizza restaurant is only take away and you cannot dine inside. The quality is insanely good and filled me up instantly.
