I went to Currys at Worthing today to buy a PC. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, but not what I needed. Becca was allocated to help me explore options.
From the moment we started chatting she took the time and effort to understand needs, and explained pitfalls and benefits of a number of options including combination deals, peripherals and upgrade options for both desk top and lap top options.
To say she was open, honest and knowledgeable on the products is an understatement.
I walked away today with a fantastic tower computer and a very nice screen and everything I needed. Having got home, unpacked and installed everything as she recommended (all trouble free as well which for a novice like me is a miracle) I’m a very happy customer.
It’s so nice to come across someone offering such great customer service. I hadn’t realised it but we were just over an hour. That was an hour well spent.

Very helpful staff who were happy to help even though we got there shortly before closing. Good technical knowledge and advice as well as taking time to explain options and available extras. The laptop I wanted wasn't in stock but they ordered it and arranged for next day home delivery.
Very good service.
One of my elderly friend needed a new TV. We did not need one with spec. The sale guy understood our needs and provided us with the best options.
