Friendly staff, lovely internal decorations, great selection on the adult and children's menu. We had two tasty roasts and a child's macaroni cheese and meatballs meal. The roast was cooked perfectly (although the menu said we would be asked how we wanted the beef cooked and we would have had it a little more pink if asked). The side vegetables and pasta were also cooked perfectly. We went on a quiet Sunday evening and there were people sat outside in the sun and inside at the bar. We will be returning when we are next in the area.

Lovely food, brilliant beer and very friendly staff. The great hall itself is phenomenal and well worth a visit, particularly at Christmas as there is always a massive tree in the corner by the beautiful old fireplace. One of my favourite places for a pint or a meal with friends and family.

We have been going to The Tudor Close for a few years now and have been very disappointed with the food and general ambience of the place. Having heard it recently had new management we thought we would give it another go... what a difference, great staff, great atmosphere and the food was absolutely spot on. Looking forward to trying one of their Sunday lunches, as the steak I had was first class. Keep it up guys!
