Mo Restaurant

Visited the MO restaurant one evening for an indulgent tasting menu experience and had a really enjoyable evening. Yes, it is an expensive experience at £130 per person (and an additional £85 per person if you do the wine flight) as well as things like £4.50 per bottle of water - we spent over £400 between the two of us. They also get you to arrive at 7:30pm for a drink in the hotel entrance beforehand (which isn’t included in the price) and don’t actually take you through to the restaurant until 8pm. But once you are in there, it is a glorious experience with impeccable food and top service. The chefs were very friendly and chatty with the diners, making it all seemed very relaxed and more enjoyable. The star of the show for many diners was the lamb dish, but my personal favourite was the scallop. The menu changes regularly though, so could be different choices when you visit. Overall, if you’re willing to spend a lot of money on a lovely adult-only dining experience, then this is perfect for you, especially if celebrating something.

How has this place not got a Michelin star yet?? It was incredible. There's only 12 of you in at a time so you feel quite special and exclusive and then you get this Michelin quality food assembled in front of you, almost like a tapenyaki place. It was more than just a meal, it was a brilliant experience and a brilliant night. Everyone was so friendly, the wine flight was well worth the money. I would 100% go again!! Can't rate this place highly enough.
