This review is regarding the cafe only. It has recently been totally refurbished . It is immaculate and the toilets are spotless. The coffee, snacks and food are all high quality and well cooked. However I do find the service quite slow often accumulating queues. Look out for their special offers.

Visited many times and always knew there was a wine bar, but never really thought to check it out. On my last visit however I was very kindly treated to a pint of Purity Longhorn IPA on draught, which Waitrose will serve in frozen glasses. What a revelation! ❄️ It was really refreshing and brought so much character out of the beer. I could quite easily be tempted to make a habit of ordering one of these after some shopping (maybe one before would help make the shopping go by faster too? 🤭) The girl serving was also very inviting, friendly and a credit to Waitrose. 😊

Happy to spend my money here, lovely helpful team and I was served by a lovely gentleman being trained, I believe he was autistic and the member of staff helping him learn the checkout was wonderful! 10* If I could. Recognition well deserved
