Used the app to order for 4 of us, parked in a bay as we had to wait for some items to be prepared. Unfortunately, some items were missed from the order, which meant I had to then go back into the restaurant to complain, but items weer supplied and the member of staff did resolve the issue promptly and apologised.

What an ordeal. So I order my food for my family who are at home waiting. I am put in the parking bay to wait for my order to be prepared. I drive over and turn my music on and play a game on my phone, 15 mins later, my food is brought out, I say thank you and turn the key on my car, its not turning over... sugar! I can not believe it o have never broke down in my life, I have a mini panic attack, and kick the car a few times pacing up and down wondering what the hell I am gonna do. The food is getting my kids getting hungrier at home waiting for meand I am a mess. I call all the nessacery people in my life and decided that I might try and bring the food back as it's never getting to its destination ediable. I explain my ordeal to a staff member, and without hesitation, she refunds the meal and tells me not to worry. I am now able to focus on getting the car sorted and not the £21 pounds that I flushed down the drain. Once everything was sorted out, reordered and went on my merry way, but I will forever remember the kindness and excellent customer service provided by cannock road McDonald's x
