The food and drink is great, we had a very nice and welcoming male Asian staff serve us. However there was a female colleague who was super rude to him after he asked her to help prepare the drinks. To the point another customer had to intervene and remind this rude female colleague that she needs to calm down. I would suggest management look into this as the gentleman who served us was very calm, caring and helpful he did not any point react or be rude back to this particular female colleague. As a customer that was quite embarrassing and patronising to watch. This female colleague then pushed the tray at me only for the kind gentlemen to apologise on her behalf. It was clear this female colleague did not want to be at work on a Saturday.

By far the best of the main coffee chains and this is a pretty decent branch here in Wilmslow. I do like some of their toasries and sandwiches. Some of the cakes are quite good but maybe a bit expensive.. you can always bring a biscuit in your pocket
