Just been to wishing well for my birthday lunch and could not fault it. The meal was superb and the staff could not do enough for u. We cannot recommend this place enough! To owners and staff a big thank you!
A real hidden gem that’s in such a beautiful location and always worth a visit. Some of the best homemade cakes I’ve had that don’t break the bank and the scones are delicious, my husband doesn’t have a sweet tooth so the savoury afternoon tea is next on his hit list. I really want to try their roast dinners too, they look amazing. Staff are always friendly and helpful when we’ve been, nothing is too much trouble. The best bit is I can lose my husband in the gardens for a while after we’ve eaten...so peaceful for us both haha.

We have eaten at upwey wishing well a few times and the food is always delicious. The cream teas are yummy and the roast dinner by far one of the best we’ve had. The staff are always friendly and the location is absolutely stunning, my son loves a wonder around the gardens before a spot of lunch.
