Puccinos, Hitchin station is awesome. Staff there are great- they start making my coffee before I even reach the counter... recognise everyone, work as a team and calmly, professionally assuage my rising, out-of-puff panic as they hand me a coffee in 20 seconds flat just as my train is pulling in. So refreshing to experience such great service in a world where service culture has gone a bit awry. Thank you!

Really enjoying the new Puccino's at Leatherhead station. Good to have a coffee shop there after Pumpkin closed last year when the station got refurbished.
