Drinks took a little while to arrive, but server apologised for delay. Basically there was no one at the bar for some time, so drinks werny being poured. Otherwise service excellent.

Love it here always make time to pop in for a drink and some food is a little expensive but food has always been amazing and staff really friendly. Great to bring a dog along too

Thank you Oatlands Chaser, for a fantastic stay here. We really enjoyed the hotel and I especially appreciated the a la carte breakfast.
The delicious food at the restaurant was a highlight of our stay. I want to commend the staff who went out of their way to make dinner for my family even though it was near closing time on a Sunday. Thank you so much.

Greeted by a brilliant host, catered for the fact we arrived well before the check in time, returned to the hotel for dinner and again an excellent host and staff, very happy and chatty, food was some of the best we have ever had. Rooms beautiful, could not recommend this place enough

Excellent food and reasonable priced. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Had fish and chips Thursday and pizza Friday night. I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a night or day out for a meal. I dont live in Surrey was visiting but would use again if I ever come back.

Recently, I had the great opportunity to enjoy a meal at the wonderful Oatlands Chaser restaurant. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the food, which was simply outstanding. From the appetizers to the main course, every dish was cooked to perfection, with an incredible attention to detail that truly made a difference. Additionally, the service I received was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and attentive throughout my entire visit. They made sure that I had everything I needed and that I was completely satisfied with my dining experience.
Moreover, the portions of food were generous and satisfying, leaving me feeling completely full and satisfied. The prices were also very reasonable and in line with the high quality of the food and service provided. I would highly recommend Oatlands Chaser to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dining experience that they will never forget. Trust me, you will not be disappointed by what this amazing restaurant has to offer

This was our first visit to the Oatlands Chaser for a two night stay. Our room and en-suite was very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. We intended to eat in the restaurant for the first evening and dine out for the following evening. However we were so impressed with the quality of food and the attentiveness of the staff that we decided to eat in for the second evening. Joel our waiter was extremely friendly and efficient and made us feel very welcome. Whilst the service and the food were excellent, we noticed that some of the decor and furnishings in the pub and restaurant were looking a little bit tired and could do with updating. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.
