Lovely litlle village pub that is catering for it's locals as a priority, as it should be, because they are the ones keeping village pubs open. Friendly landlord. Food good. Beer better. Skittle alley, pool table or somewhere to sit quietly for a chat and a meal. Can't fault it.

All very nice.we both ordered different dishes. Only complaint was the food was delicious and very hot,lovely. Looks like good pub food and good deals on wine and beer And very reasonable prices. Not sure about the wallpaper, ok if you're forgotten your newspaper

Warm friendly atmosphere and excellent food. Great value for money with a excellent customer service. You wait a little but the food is freshly made and cooked and is one of the best in the local area. I would recommend this to all ages also has a fenced off beer garden to the rear for families in the warmer weather conditions.
