This is in a good location. I used to go here everyday to get my latte fix. Love the £1.99 deal and l always get the Fillet-O-Fish and fries. There is a disabled toilet to the right of the counter and more toilets upstairs. There is also more seating upstairs and this is because there is VERY limited seating on the ground floor. This is mostly always clean and the staff are nice too. This is not a drive through and is a High Street branch. I would recommend this branch as l haven't had any bad experiences here in the preceding 22 years. I went here with my family and we a nice time considering we got there an hour before closing time (now 19:00). We got 5 Fillet-O-Fish burgers with fries, 2 vegetable deluxe burgers with fries, a portion of halloumi fries, 3 vanilla milkshakes, a toffee latte, regular latte and 2 double chocolate cookies. The seating upstairs was closed. It was busy considering not much else was open. I have to say that Bal & Leon provided EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE 👏 👌. Leon replaced the milkshakes as the syrup used for the milkshakes was virtually empty in the machine. Michelle was nice too. The staff here today were very good. Thanks.
I popped into McDonald's about 4pm and placed an order via an ordering and payment station. I ordered 10 items from the McDonald's menu and paid with my card 💳. The order was a little slow proberly because my order must have been large to them. People who ordered one or two items were served faster.
Typical town centre shop. Not good customer interaction and pretty slow for an empty shop. Pretty stingy with the ice cream too
