Today was my first experience dining out with Type 1 diabetes and Nando’s made it super easy!! They have a nutritional book which allows you to accurately calculate your carbs. So chuffed, thank you!

Just been in for a birthday treat with my young son. Staff very friendly. They wished me a happy birthday when they found out and was given a chocolate cake. Thanku to Tamara who served us. Management here can u congratulate her on her exceptional customer service skills. Thanku again.

I’ve been here a few times but todays visit made me want to leave a review. Food was great as usual.
But what made the experience, was the young tall guy who noticed I had left the restaurant and even though I was quite a few steps away (and he didn’t even serve my table), still made the effort to shout over a goodbye and waved. It truly made my day, that’s what customer service is all about.

We came here late on a Saturday night, almost at closing time. Despite the time, and the fact that we had a large gathering, they welcomed us with kind words and a smile. They were happy to serve us. The food was cooked perfectly and served very quickly as well. Massive respect to the people that were working there.
First time here and it was not as busy as I thought it would be on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted by a very friendly lady who gave us all the appropriate information. Toilets were upstairs and clean. There was only one person on the till which took a while because they spent a long time explaining menu items to other customers, but they were patient. The food was tasty and hot, we didn't have any issues.
We were greeted at the door by Susan with a big smile on her face, got us to our seats quickly even with it being a busy night..
Susan also took our order, and ensured our meal was ok when we had received a real credit to the team!
Food was lovely, overall a pleasant evening.

Sara is amazing, she made our visit one of the best we have ever had. My son was in a wheelchair and felt very insecure going out, once we was there he was at ease all thanks to Sara. We came once before years ago and left before eating but after this time we will definitely be coming here more often. 5* service and quality of food
Visited here after having been treated disrespectfully and spoken to rudely at the Wolverhampton branch. Daughters birthday, she wanted Nando’s! Came here, Didn’t mention what had just happened. But wow the staff and management here were just 7 star. Manager came over randomly with a plate full of wings, told her we didn’t order it, she said she knew but who doesn’t deserve a free plate of wings! With a huge smile on her face. Wow that’s customer service! I didn’t catch her name but will always be coming back here for our cheeky Nandos because of her.
Good service and staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking in tesco is available and a short walk to the restaurant. Staff let us take our time with out food even when it closed at 10pm . Atmosphere was good and family friendly.
The service was great from entering the door. Was seated straight away and the server was polite cheerful and very helpful. Ordered via the app and the food came very quickly. I had 4 chicken thighs which were juicy and delicious. My partner had butterfly chicken and we shared haloumi sticks. Best nandos I've ever had. Will definitely be returning. All staff were brilliant. Thank you very much 😊
Consistent. Food was good and the service was great. Would avoid the wings though as they were quite bland.
