It may have only opened recently, but that's not an excuse for a poor and slow service. Ordered online for the pizza to be delivered ASAP, but after over an hours' wait there was still no update on their website. I finally called the shop to be told instantly it’s on its way.. Not asked what I ordered, when I ordered - just an immediate fob off and didn't even apologise. When the driver arrived all he said was don't blame me I'm a driver, call the shop and complain - again no apologies. Finally, pizzas were barely warm and only just acceptable.
Do not recommend at all. If it's a busy time and orders are taking longer, it's common courtesy to at the very least apologise to your customers, maybe even offer something for free.
UPDATE NOV 2017 - Having been ordering from this location for quite some time now, I have to admit they are a lot better now. Pizza's always arrive on time if you choose a time, or within 20-30 minutes if you choose ASAP. Pizza typically arrives hot/warm enough as well so no complaints there. The only reason for 4 stars is that the pizza's do tend to be a bit greasy. I know it's just been cooked, and it is take away pizza, bit a little less greasy would make it perfect.
Easy to get to, plenty of parking in the retail area car park (including disabled right outside if needed), helpful staff and didn't have to wait too long. Food was nice, and the deal meant we got sides too. They are following C19 safe procedures, and have a glass fronted desk so you can see the pizzas being made. I always like to get pizza here when I'm in the area :)
Already left a review on Domino's but the most recent order (and the one previous to this one was also fantastic) was simply amazing. We ordered at 4.45pm and the food got here at 5pm (latest 5.03pm) , steaming hot, fresh, completely correct with regards to customisation and really, really delicious.
The driver was friendly, nice and quick and we would recommend this pizza outlet to anybody who likes good pizza.
We've ordered from this store a few times and every time it is so worth it, we've stopped ordering other takeouts altogether, especially given the current lockdown, where we've found that quality level has gotten worse with just-eat, uberEats and other food deliveries we have gotten.
