Amazing food, beautiful grilled meat, not a nice Banoffe cheesecake though
The staff looked bored but the food arrived quickly. The brownie with ice cream is a disappointment.

Italian cooking class - very good, a few small constructive criticisms
My girlfriend and I attended the Italian cooking class at the weekend.
Fantastic location and nice surroundings. A very enjoyable evening, good chefs, good company and good wine!
Just a few small pieces of constructive feedback...
The first is that there was not enough equipment to go round the group. So often you would be waiting to use a piece of equipment (eg the pasta maker). In reality, the more confident personalities in the group ended up doing more of the cooking at certain points, as those who were quieter didn’t want to speak up and ask for a go. Not a massive issue, however the experience wasn’t as good as could have been. I have recently attended another class where each participant had one of each piece of equipment setup for them, and the group all cooked together.
The only other feedback was the quantity of food. While it was fantastic in taste, 5 pieces of ravioli, a medium sized bowl of gnocchi and a few bits of biscotti didn’t leave us feeling completely full up.
That said, this particular course is a new one they have launched. Will still be booking another course and the evening was definitely very good, just a few slight tweaks to make it excellent for me. Would recommend.
