Andy has been my PT for nearly a year and love the workouts...usually!! Each session is different which ensures I don't get bored (as I have in the past using other gyms). Andy pushes me and his positive attitude is inspiring. His knowledge is excellent and I'm confident he can get me where I want to be. I totally recommend Fighting Fit and Andy.

Andy is very imaginative and inspirational, he leads by example and no two workouts are ever the same! He caters for all abilities and provides alternative ways of completing the same exercise depending upon your level of fitness. Fighting Fit is a very friendly and welcoming gym where everyone is welcomed. I have been a member of Fighting Fit for a number of years and have often been knackered but NEVER bored 👍 Come along and give it a try.
