Great Food and Service creating Unforgettable Family Memories.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Pancake House during our family's mid-week break at Center Parcs, Longleat, and I must say, the experience of the re-furbished restaurant was as good, if not better than our previous visits. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service that lasted throughout our visits for lunch and return on the last day for breakfast.
What truly sets The Pancake House apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was memorable. The team took the time to accommodate our dietary requirements with ease, and even helped us to secure a booking for another restaurant during our stay - Thank you Lucy and Heather.
Overall, The Pancake House at Center Parcs, Longleat, deserves every bit of praise it receives. The combination of good food, good service, and a good ambiance creates a memorable dining experience whatever the weather. I cannot recommend this place enough and know we will be back whenever we visit Center Parcs in the future.
Friendly staff, very tasty food, I had the classic Belgium Waffle. The pancakes also looked amazing and tasted so good. Recommend visiting for a naughty treat.

Really varied menu with lots of choice. We had both savoury and sweet pancakes (shared) and all of them were absolutely delicious!! So lovely we forgot to take photos!!
At first we thought it was a 'dessert' place but it's not. Go for breakfast, lunch or dessert and you won't be disappointed!!
I have never seen so many happy, smiley staff in one place. Everyone seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and get on with everyone else. It rubbed off and created a lovely atmosphere to dine in.
Would highly recommend a visit here if you're coming to Center Parcs, Longleat.
