One of the poshest greggs you’re likely to ever find. Large expansive seating area. Modern light interior. All the usual greggs pastries and pasties on offer.
Generally clean and well kept. Fast service, reasonably priced, offers good selection of hot and cold snacks such as Vegan sausage rolls which I'm quite partial to, pastries, cakes, selection of hot and cold drinks and sandwiches; depending on the size of the cafe, they have seating facilities which is my preference or only have a takeaway. Only four stars for these reasons: depending on what time you go and which branch, the selection of sandwiches is minimal. I've been told that they have stopped doing Tomato soup which is one of the most humblest of soups. Some of their hot snacks look so dry that there is a danger of damaging your teeth if you try to bite into them-I'm referring to their pizza slices here. It could be they are slow moving and so left in the warm counter for long periods. Their vegan mince pies at xmas are the best ever! On the whole a reliably good place to go to instead of some fancy cafe which offers dry cakes and unpalatable coffee at extortionate prices.
Really nice place for a bacon and sausage sandwich.
