I have been a regular customer at the darbar Indian takeaway in flixton greater Manchester for some years. I recently had an order go wrong. It was Father’s Day and I ordered online as usual but my order didn’t arrive. I believe it was was very busy that day. I contacted them and they delivered not long after. The mgr told me that order slip fell on the floor. I like honesty. When the food arrived it was to the highest standard as usual. A couple of hours later the door knocked, it was the owner of the Darbar coming to apologise in person. That meant a lot to me as he valued our custom . He didn’t have to do that as I knew it was a blip . I have ordered a couple of times since an the food has to the highest standard as usual. A big Thank you to everyone at the Darbar.

Why have I only given a 3 star review score???
First time user here.
I thought the food tasted good, I would certainly like to try it again.
However, my problem was that this takeaway has only acheived a 3 star rating on food hygiene, which to me is not acceptable and not good enough.
A 3 star rating means satisfactory, but to me that score is just about scraping through.
Any food establishment not receiving at least a 4 star hygiene rating , should not be in business.
Up your standards and I might try your food again.
