Beautiful place. The gardens are interesting at various different times of the year. The tea rooms are excellent - space inside and outside. Very tasty lunch. The nursery is well stocked with good quality plants.

Little oasis just off the M1. Beautiful gardens, choice of interesting plants in the nursery and nice little tea room with outdoor seating. Be cautious entering and leaving the main road into the property.

This place was lovely, the gardens are very well looked after, the tea room was really nice and they have a nursery where you can buy plants,cwoll definitely be going back
