Sam form Birmingham he is a true character and made the evening. Zizzi is normally a bog standard restaurant, but tonight the setting and the service were exceptional. Really enjoyed it and this guy was worth every penny of his tip. If you go there sit on this guys tables you will not be disappointed.
The restaurant was quiet but still had ambience. The setting is stunning but the waitr and the drinks guy made it!!
The waiters were so happy and friendly. They seemed to really love their job and wanted to help us in any way they could. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault anything. They gave us a tub to take away our food when we got too full. And they were always prepared to help us. Also, the service was so quick, no more waiting 15 minutes for a drink, try less than 5 minutes here!!

Main reason for this review is the amazing Service. The staff here is super friendly and helpful! The food, mine was Prawn pasta was pretty bland. Even with extra pepper, salt and cheese it didn't get a flavour. Don't order it!!! The Ambiance was nice however this place does get super busy...
Would I go back? Probably yes! But for the perfectly amazing service!!
