I'm astonished at the last review.
All I can say is take a look around, see it's busy, and have a little patience!
The staff at the Chowshed go out of their way to make sure that customers are looked after.
I have only experienced fine service there.
And when it is busy, the high quality, homemade food is always well worth waiting for.

Friendly and quick service. Really good range of menu options at reasonable prices. Only downside is seating is a bit limited with it being so popular. They do do a phone order service though. Recommended!
