I visited the cafe and had a toasted teacake & Mocha. The guy on who served me was aware I have mobility problems, he said he'd bring my Mocha & teacake to my table for me 😊 Normally at other cafe's I need to ask which makes me feel rubbish!! Great customer service/awareness. I don't know his name, I think he was polish. M&S this guy is a credit to your company.

Tuesday afternoon & plenty of spaces to park. Parking payment at the meters for up to 2 hours. Hand Gel on entry points to the Store. It was tidy & well stocked. No clothing section now but a small selection of essentials, such as socks. Greetings cards & wrapping paper. It has a cafe & toilets. Click & Collect point. Self Service checkouts. Pleasant checkout staff.

This store had almost everything thing you could want in a small town shop, how they manage to fit all the different items in must be a secret procss thst only M&S know, nice car park that was not too expensive.
