There are some pubs that just deserve your attention and this is one of them. There's nothing fancy about it, the food is tasty and plentiful and there's just enough variety on the beers .
What this place gives you is that village pub feeling with beautiful views out to the Punchbowl. The staff always polite and helpful keep you content .
I could spend everyday here if only my wallet could afford it.

Lovely lunch here with my wife a few months back, even though the kitchen was closed, they bent over backwards to provide a delicious black pudding sausage roll ploughmans. Thank-you.
On a previous visit with a friend after a sandy and long walk, I had wonderful fish and chips and my veggie friend said he rarely finds such good vegetarian options in a country pub.
I thoroughly recommend this pub.

We celebrated Angela's birthday with an excellent meal in the Three Horseshoes last night which all six of us enjoyed. Good to see such a high standard of food and service which we enjoyed last night. My rib-eye steak was SO good and the chips which had to be triple fried and salted were excellent. Daniel's Key Lime Pie for pud was one of the best I have tasted for a very long time. A very happy evening in every sense. Well done Michelle and staff!
