Excellent service for my grandsons birthday party. We were in a separate room, well decorated and very well looked after. Food arrived promptly and was hot and tasty. We had pre ordered and every meal was perfect. Would certainly recommend this pub.

A lovely traditional pub- with some stylish & contemporary touches to the decor. The team were welcoming, accommodating & friendly. We stayed over as we were visiting Chapel Down. Our front facing room was bright & comfortable (the bed seemed a bit smaller than king size though & mattress was a bit too firm for me). No noise despite facing on to the high street. Upon our return in the late afternoon we had drinks then dinner. The food was good & tasty- highly recommend the pizzas! The service was great. Breakfast was enjoyable too. I’d happily stay here again on our return visit to Chapel Down! �

Great food, friendly staff lovely pub ---- for young ( like me) or old !!!!!! We ate inside but great area outside in the quieter part of the high street . Would recommend. X
