Hands down the best burger I had in years! It is called the Smash Burger and is definetly worth the price (£9 I believe). It was so tasty, large, cooked to perfection and served with passion and joy. I'm so happy we entered this place (quite a simple place/setup, nothing fancy) which we were just about to walk past when we saw a bunch of smiling people waiting for their food and the smell just dragged me and my son inside. The owner/chef is such a nice man with a good vibe and attitude towards his customers, even after a long day...they start quite early in the morning and finish at 11 at night I believe, so a long shift...most people have nothing left in them at this point and can't wait to get rid of you, shut the place down and leave. Well, not this lovely man, he was very passionate and kind and also gave us some of his crab and lobster mix to taste that I ended up ordering one for my wife. And guess what she said when she had it? That it went straight to her soul not her stomach! I mean, it was late in the evening, around closing time, and the baguette he made with this tasty mix, some salad, etc (think it was called crab and lobster special) was so fresh and delicious, unbelievable! My wife is not easily impressed by someone else's cooking unless it is absolutely great. She is so passionate about food and her standards are very high. My son also keeps talking about how he just had the best burger in his life and how kind and nice the chef was. We are all so grateful for this experience. If you're in tenby definitively give them a go. You'll love it. Thank you, we'll be back soon 😊
The baguettes we bought were not cheap but they were very good in terms of the quality. Yes you can buy a £3.50 baguette in Greggs, but it’s simply not the same meal or quality of ingredients. The man who served us was really pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the food and even went back. We also did Greggs, which filled a hole but was nowhere near as enjoyable. That’s what you are paying for. The place was clearly popular as people were queuing outside. The only reason I give a four is because £7 for a prawn baguette is a bit steep even if the quality is good.
Had a quick stop here before going to the beach.
Was really surprised with the taste. The Chicken Tikka and Cheese Panini was our favourite..
