I went to pick up a food order and just wanted to thank a few people at the Marks & Spencer store in Teddington. Armond in the bakery was a total superstar- very kind, efficient and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with selecting and packing the bakery items. Janet was really lovely, friendly and organised. A big thanks as well to Louise and Roy who were also so helpful and approachable. It was pouring that day and Roy helped me to my car, without my needing to ask him. One of the best M&S stores around. Thank you!
Pros: High-quality food, traceable beef, clean store, good range, medium-sized store.
Cons: Not the best in terms of value for money, but to be fair, Tesco and Sainsbury's are equal to M&S for value for money.
Loves Mark's & Spencer food, always have but I sometimes find the staff not as friendly as others stores,
