Thank you so much really nice helpfull staff. Brought my backpack in with a broken clip. Because the backpacks have a 10 year warranty. There was no problem with either an exchange or a refund.(even with out my a receipt) They didnt have any in store but exchanged for a different 1 and payed the differents. Thank you for all the help.
