What a cracking place this is. Out in the sticks just outside Tamworth. Lovely atmosphere ( you could hear yourself speak), fantastic food (highly recommend the crab cakes, and beef medallions). Took my daughter and her partner here to celebrate my daughter getting her degree and it didn't disappoint. If you like fast pub grub, then this isn't the place for you. Everything is cooked fresh to order, so you can take your time and have a really good chat over a drink or two. If you enjoy quality food in a relaxing atmosphere at a great location then this is the place for you.
Wonderful evening spent here last night, for my friends hen meal. There was 13 of us and the service was amazing ! We were all looked after very well and the food was fabulous x

I’ve been many times and never had a bad meal. Service is fantastic and the food is second to none! Best steak I’ve had!
