While driving the NC500, we were looking for a nice bakery for a quick lunch, and this Harry Gow ended up being a great choice. We got a few pies, their soup of the day (which I believe was bacon and lentil), and some paninis. We ended up going back for some more soup because it was so good. There is a nice little park just south east of the bakery to sit and eat as well.
Improved vastly recently. It has had a refurb and looks very modern inside. It also has a seated area to eat in. Nice place for a snack of reasonable value. With regard to alergies the only item gluten free is the meringue. Everything else apparently has gluten.
Lovely staff, good coffees 'to go', great biscuits, and bread, and that sponge cake with jam & cream in the middle (which has icing on the outside) is fabulous. Good value for money. Not coming here and trying their food is a mistake.
