I've been going here with my family since I've been like 4 and now I'm 14 so for over 10 years I've been going here. But the place has definitely changed. Before it had a good atmosphere and the owner was around helping being kind and welcoming. But now he's gone it doesn't feel the same. But the staff do a great job for what they are doing. Food is always good all the 10 years. And I can agree with everyone else the place definitely needs are re vamp but because the place is so large it would cost a lot of money and they would have to close for quite some time so it's understandable why they are choosing to not do it. But all In all this place is great for your money's worth and a must come.
The people in there where extremely nice especially the chef he would wait for you to finish before he would restock the food they also had very good manners. I loved the food especially the chicken fried rice the cakes and fruit where amazing . However it was a bit loud. In my opinion it is very underrated. The waitress was extremely kind!
We visited here after a change of plans on Fathers day. Despite the concern of not having booked a table, we were able to get a table. The food was delicious and the kids enjoyed trying lots of new meals. Due to it being a Sunday, it was priced at 9.95 per over 8 and half price for those under 8.
The only downside was that on entering, there was a sign stating Cash Only. So I walked to the nearest cash point (Asda on Bolton Road). On returning, I was told that they do take card but just use the sign just incase the card machine goes down. This is something I wish they had told me beforehand. Other than that, we had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I would definitely do again. (And probably ask about the cash/card situation before running off.)
