Came to this place with friends. There was a large selection of food from around the world or at least English and Asian (if you're looking for spag bol or lasagne or moussaka this isn't your place), and what I liked most is they had plenty of healthy options so there were plenty of things that were not junk food or deep fried.. although they had those options too. I also like the 'cook to order' counter of different meats and prawns etc.. There was a decent choice of desserts also and a chocolate fountain. There was also plenty of choice for kids. The dinner time dining isn't cheap, and I'm not sure what the difference is between the cheaper lunch menu and the dinner. So this place is definitely more of a treat/special occasion sort of place as dinner for a family of 4 will probably cost in the region of £75/£80 with a drink.
What wasn't so great they informed us what time they'd be closing down the food counters, so we times our meal accordingly. But as the place wasn't busy that evening so they closed everything down early, and we felt a bit rushed to leave well in advance of their closing time (by at least an hour). I've worked in hospitality, and it's poor form to make a customer feel that way, especially when they're spending a decent amount of money at your establishment.
I would come back here but possibly for lunch instead. Suitable for the whole family.
This is the second time I have been here. It's a very good buffet with the selection of lots of food and beverages. It was very busy as always, but we got seated within minutes. Staffs are very active and busy. It's a good buffet to go if you are in the area. Loved it.
Good all round, good food, service and atmosphere. Staff were generally friendly. Good selection of food. It wasn't quite excellent but I think it would be difficult to get excellent on a buffet as you must cater for everyone. The male toilet sinks need a thorough clean and that is my only negative.
