Usually pretty crowded in the afternoon. But, when grabbing your first morning coffee the line is generally pretty short. They staff always seem to make me smile in the morning too. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks for grab and go.
If you are looking to sit and do any sort of work then I wouldn’t recommend this one. As the seats are usually always taken up. The WiFi also isn’t great.
This place has relocated however the staff were really friendly. Drinks were made very nicely although the wait was slightly longer than necessary for a very not-at-all busy morning. Spaces for seating were comfortable and work can also be done there in peace too.
Located within the heart of the city centre, Starbucks is in a prime location and easy to find walking around the bustling streets of Swansea.
The staff are friendly and efficient which was great to see on a busy Friday afternoon.
Offering everything you would expect from a Starbucks there is a nice range of products on offer from sandwiches, to pastries and obviously coffees, lattés etc. Though the food and drink here are of a decent quality, they are fairly expensive - £4.60 for a 'Grande' (Medium) Hot Chocolate and 'Skinny' rapsberry and peach muffin.
Alas if you're having a day out in the city it's not too expensive and a pleasant place to spend some time.
