Lovely little coffee shop!! If you're looking for a quieter atmosphere... Then make sure to sit upstairs! So quaint and unique.
They also offer afternoon tea deals .. that is a treat! Plenty of choice for teas and little treats.
Good atmosphere, playing 60's swing and jazz music. A fair menu selection mainly consisting of English breakfast items, sandwiches and desserts.
Styling is reminiscent of a 60's American diner but with added plants and a more rustic look with coffee sacks used as wall decor.
Food was tasty, and a hearty portion size, toast is doorstop cut fresh bloomer and hash browns are excellent but could have been crisped some more, sausage was okay, taste like Richmond, and bacon wasn't at all salty, and cooked soft. To often places give either insufficient/cheap tea, or skimp on the milk, Here tea is served as as it should be! with a large tea pot, and decent jug of milk. (Thank you!)
Payment is at the till before you eat and they won't take your order at the table. The price was fair

Great little cafe! The staff are lovely, the food is good and it's really cheap too. The owner is always lovely when we pop in and it's one of our go to places to eat in town. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a nice little place for a snack and a cuppa!
