An excellent overnight stay. I have never had anything but the easiest time staying Premier Inn. The staff are always friendly and helpful. the rooms always smell clean and fresh. Good quality cotton bedding. Air condtioning, and the choice of a bath or shower in each room. My only small complaint is it is never possible to open the windows, to allow some fresh air in. The guy on the desk at Swansea Waterfront could not have been more helpful, when I expressed to have a room with a view over the water. My wish was granted straight away. VERY IMPRESSED!!

I stayed here last night, very clean and comfortable lovely waterside view! Nothing too much to ask for, I'm always cold so asked for additional duvet it was there when I checked in - rang down for extra towels and an iron and ironing board and they were brought to my room within minutes! Lovely meal at the Beefeater restaurant on ground floor of Hotel. Definitely recommend

Nice warm clean room ... third floor bedroom overlooking rear car park and water beyond. .helpful staff who assisted with the automatic check in and rang us a taxi later on. . Peaceful sleep.. enjoyable breakfast plenty of variety. . Enjoyable stay.�
