Glenmore House, amazing venue which made our day perfect - Faye could not have done more to make our day everything we wanted and more, always there replying to my millions of questions in the lead up and happy to accommodate multiple visits both before booking & after. All staff we lovely and helpful but another in particular who stood out was Sam, always going out of his way to help us - just like Faye.
We hired the beautiful Ballroom for both our ceremony, wedding breakfast and reception - in between each part of the day the staff worked quickly to re set the room exactly to our liking with all of our decor, taking extra care to make everything just how we wanted it. Faye was keen to listen to all of our ideas and didn’t push us in to the more traditional - we didn’t fancy the sit down three course so we went for a chefs choice buffet and added our own sweet table with sweets and donuts, the price of the food just like the venue overall was brilliant, throughout the wedding planning process the list of payments racks up fast with decor, outfits, transport etc, a lot of places adding on money simply for the fact it is a wedding but Glenmore house is more than worth the money they charge.
Would recommend this venue to everyone, we will be back in the near future to try one of their Sunday carvery’s!
Just had our wedding and reception here, absolutely fantastic. Lovely building, great catering and a glorious day was had by all. Couldn't have hoped for a more helpful event organiser than Faye
We got married here July 2022 - such a great venue, all our guests loved it, from The Ballroom with its glamous decor and sprung dance floor and the seperate cosier bar area. Having the ceremony in the same building saved us and our guests alot of running around. Close to amenities, station and large car park all great assets. Above all this the staff were all great, super friendly and organised, especially Faye who helped us planning it every step if the way, and even sent us Congratulations from her own honeymoon. Thank you to all the Team at Glenmore House - our Wedding Day could not have been more perfect
