Me and my girlfriend came here and had an all round great experience from entry to exit! Instantly made comfortable by the smiley and charming waiter! Then when ordering our food he double checked that we liked spicy food as that's what we had ordered as we was unaware that it was spicy! Still went for our original option however thought it was a nice touch as the next customer could have not liked spicy food. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and customer care was outstanding! The food was unreal, perfectly presented and tasted even better than it looked! All round great experience and very reasonably priced! Will 100% be recommending this place and will certainly be regulars here!

Four of us ate here early Monday evening when in Sunderland for work. Great menu - best garlic mushrooms, good atmosphere - cosy & not overcrowded, excellent service - our waiter & the manager very chatty.

Came for a bite to eat before going to a show at the Empire for the first time and I have to say it certainly won't be my last, the food, staff and atmosphere in this little restaurant are second to none, would highly recommend a visit
