It was very beautiful place to visit. If you are fan of Shakespeare and his works it’s a must visit place for you. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Tickets were little bit expensive but still it’s worth it. The toilets were clean. The gift shop has a lot of stuff to buy and explore. The surrounding have a lot of stores for souvenirs and other things. Really beautiful place to explore. I highly recommend it.

Just to be there is amazing, but be prepared to wait. I purchased a timed ticket online ahead of time (which I recommend). There is a separate entry line for online ticket purchases which let me skip a few people in line to buy tickets. I visited on a Saturday morning at the end of September. It was very crowded. First thing you walk through is semi related memorabilia. I skipped most of it. Then you exit the building to an outdoor courtyard where you stand in line to get into the actual house. We stood in line for about 45 min. Inside the house there are signs and and qr code with an audio tour (so bring earbuds) BUT I felt rushed and crowded like a sardine in a can and didn't have the experience I would have liked. A few of the guides will tell you info about the rooms if you ask. Very cool, but too many people.

I was dreaming to visit this place for ages, since I learned English at school in Ukraine 20 years ago. It's definitely a "must" place. There is a small museum before you enter the house itself. It's a very atmosphere place, staff is very friendly and gives a lot of information. Also there was a small Romeo and Juliette show. The bookstore is also nice.
