My initial experience with them was not great. Before lockdown, a friend and I visited during the afternoon to find the door shut and locked with no sign or anything to explain why. It was open business hours including theirs according to Google. There was a meal deal advertised on the window that would end after 4pm and we wanted to take advantage of it. After some time, somebody came to open the door from outside, didn't apologise for our wait or explain why he was opening up now and told us the advert was old and that they don't do it anymore, to which I replied by telling him to take it down in that case and next time leave a sign to avoid wasting people's time. We went to Domino's a bit further up instead.
Since then I have ordered Kebabs from them and they have been cooked well with little wait time and good value for money portions. So, so far so good but looking at the reviews, I would suggest they pay attention to their customer service more because there are plenty of other places to eat from and even though the customer isn't always right you don't want to be losing any especially in this economy.
These guys are amazing. I ordered meal and it was right on time. Besides, food is quite delicious. Their customer service is great and I have never had any issue with them regarding my order. Highly recommended..!

This is the second delivery I've had and it won't be my last. First order I had an amazing Calzone. This time I had the lamb kebab and chips, and je-sus I'm blown away. The best tasting kebab I've ever had. Actually tastes like lamb and is seasoned properly! I can't recommend more.
