Food arrived within the time stated on order. Couldnt fault it, had the shish kebab and was cooked perfectly as I requested it to be well cooked. Probably one of the best kebabs I have had locally, decent portion size and good flavour. Other half had a veg hot pizza and this again was as we requested extra hot.
This place has received some terrible reviews and at the point of ordering through foodhub, I was not aware of this.
Initially I was informed through the website that the food would arrive in only 30 minutes, so was more than happy to wait the extra 10 it took (average for most takeaways)
As Roosta's have a 20% discount throufh foodhub, the value was unbelievable!
2 x 16" pizzas are normally £10 each, two for £15 or just £12 with the online discount added.
I am unaware of any other takeaway offering pizza at such a price.
Both the meat feast with BBQ base and margherita with extra chicken were really quite impressive. Especially for the price.
A little bit of gristle in some of the meat so maybe take extra care there. The mozzeralla sticks aren't too bad, but there are better available, maybe just try some other brands.
Other than that I was more than happy with my experience of Roosta's.
