We went to PizzaExpress for my daughter’s 9th birthday meal and had a lovely time. The food was great and all the staff were friendly, but Kieren really stood out — he was absolutely brilliant and very attentive, which made the whole experience extra special. We all had a really lovely time.
Came in to have a chilled dinner with my boyfriend before seeing a film in the cinema, was served by Kieren who was very warm & welcoming and got us our food fast. Great customer service.
Four of us had lunch here. It was about half full. We waited at least an hour for our food with two young kids. My salad had almost no chicken in at all, 90% lettuce. My son’s pasta had clearly been microwaved and the creamy sauce had split. The waiter was very nice and was doing his best, not sure what was going on in the kitchen.
Kieren was amazing and really went out of his way to ensure we recieved the best service. He came to ask us multiple times if everything was okay and went above and beyond. A true credit to pizza express. Hope management can recongise and reward as he was great.
