We stopped by here for a quick lunch before cycling around the Loch and also after for a snack. The staff were super friendly and the prices were alright. There was a decent selection of drinks though there was no beer on tap. The food however was very hit and miss so -1 star. The Ham & Cheese toastie was great, but the Coronation Chicken toastie has zero taste. The pizza was mediocre but the Raspberry Ripple was out of this world. The outside area was very nice and let's face it, it's the only place you can buy drinks and food here, so have a seat - it's pretty good.
Lovely people, great views, very, very good prices, and solid food
The services was wonderful, very friendly, they even put more wood on the fire when they could see we were cold
It’s a nice place to be in and the food was good for a cafe. The soup was delicious
The pricing was ridiculously cheap, especially as there is no competition in the area and they could charge whatever they want
2 teas, soup of the day with lots of bread and butter and a cheese toastie was less than £17
Bathrooms were also clean
A welcome place after a walk around the Loch
Absolutely brilliant cafe. Customer service outstanding. Alcoholic drink also available. Plenty of seating arrangements inside and outside. Disabled entrance and lifts also available with separate Disable toilet facilities. Plenty of hot things to choose from the menu. Tasty and wonderful 😋. Recommended to all.
