I've lived in the Staple Hill area for over a decade now and this Greggs has always served me well even prior to it moving further along the high street, the staff are almost always nice to deal with and I've never been made to feel unwelcome, an experience I have encountered elsewhere along the high street.
The only two bad experiences I can recall were when Greggs as a whole discontinued my favorite item which was the iced fondant ring donut which is no fault of any individual store, the other time was on a hot day where an elderly staff member wasn't able to help me with my inquiry however this can be forgiven as it really was VERY HOT that day.
Overall the products on offer are always good, offer a great value, they have vegetarian and vegan options available the majority of the time I go there, their selection of donuts are my favorite which are available for the majority of the day however their pizza slices sell out all too often by the time I visit the store, so I'd love to see these available more often throughout the day, other than that I have no gripes with the store and would recommend it to anyone looking for their fix of baked goods.
