We went to this restaurant on Sunday, and wow what a treat! The tasting menu is exemplary and service to match. I was taken as a treat and it most certainly was just that. The small intimate setting was full, yet didn’t feel over crowded, we were still able to speak to each other comfortably. We’ve dined in many fine dining establishments and found ourselves comparing dishes to Michelin star quality food. Both the Venison and the Seabass were the best we had even eaten and who knew a parsnip would make a fabulous pre-dessert! Absolutely everything was so “Blasta” Chef David, we cannot that you enough! Last but certainly not least the service provided was prompt, professional and still personal - a very rare mix to get right but this place has nailed it!
Simply amazing!! Ordered 2 fish supper and both were cooked to perfection, will always be be “chippie” from now on I really cannot give enough praise for the food and best of all they do “scraps” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
We had a fish supper and white pudding from Blasta of Stanley and it was absolutely delicious.
The fish and chips were cooked to perfection and were not greasy in the slightest and the white pudding was the best we have had.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional.
Well recommend a visit.
