An excellent small nursery. Plenty of healthy plants to chose from. Wonderful borders of plants to admire and give inspiration. All topped off with a really good small cafe. Inside seating of 8 tables and outside benches too. Good quality food and friendly staff. Carefully chosen menu with a sensible number of selections.

What seems like a small garden centre from the road is most definitely not the case . We were amazed at how far it went out the back and was well planted and excellent foot paths the whole way round . Such a varied selection of plants , trees , and pots. There is a small tea room which was nice .

Rassels is first and foremost a plant nursery, not a garden centre. As such it’s loved and respected by gardeners and plantsmen rather than shoppers and families. There’s also a small tea room which serves excellent food. These photos were taken mid March 2022 so everything is still very early Spring.
