Had a lovely evening at The George Hotel & Brasserie in Buckden last night celebrating Christmas with friends in style! Food & wine were both delicious. The staff were both friendly and professional, (the night porter kindly made me a fresh coffee pre breakfast sitting) . Stayed in room Stephenson which was lovely & very spacious. Can honestly highly recommend. PS The breakfast was the best I've had in a very long time with plenty of choices

Our first visit to The George and we were very impressed. The food, the presentation and the service were excellent. Our waitress ( who looked like a young Carol Vorderman) was so friendly and helpful. We will Definitely recommend to our friends.
