Fantastic location of the hotel. Great view by the sea side. We were greeted by friendly reception staff who orientated us in the buildings. Can be tricky to get to if commuting by public transport but well worth the view. The restaurant serve quality breakfast (included ) and other meals. The room was small but what I paid for (budget room). The interior is evidently recently renovated and clean. Plus point was the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.
Challenging picturesque coastal golf course. The views are incredible, especially from #12 to #18. First 9 reasonably open but rough off fairway is thick and can ramp up your score quickly. The club is modern and has excellent bar for drink after your round. Car park currently being renovated, so would advise to park away from the building due to the amount of traffic.
On the tip of Cornwall and once thought to be the end of the land is a long journey for most. However, if you do make it this far, be sure to bring your camera along with your golf clubs as the views are as good as the golf.
Nice course with a bit of variety, and I should imagine difficult on a windy day. Fortunately, it was calm on my visit. (Shooting 90 off a 21 handicap).
If you struggle with hills, hire a buggy as the 12 through >16th have significant elevation changes (over 30m decent on one hole alone). The remainder or the course is fairly low impact.
