Latte art is lovely. The coffee could have a little more flavor and is a little burnt this time; fortunately there’s still a slightly nutty aftertaste.
Pastries are on the sweet side. The paninis are glorious. Grilled super crispy and filled with tasty Parma ham, artichoke, sun dried tomatoes, cheese, and pesto.
There aren’t many other options in the small town so I guess it’s good enough.
The sign outside says “ the best coffee in town “ it’s easy the best coffee in town and freshly made Portuguese Tarts that are mouthwatering and amazing too… 10/10 from me and in the words of Arnie “ I’ll be back “
Used to be so much more welcoming with board games and even more books and small tables to hang out at.
It has changed to getting more people through the door and also isn’t open to 10pm anymore:( no more oat hot chocolates on library breaks.
It is still a lovely spot and one of if not the best in town. Staff are lovely.
Yeah I love it just wish they kept the really cosy vibes from pre Covid.
