From start to finish our party of 6 had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to superior rooms on arrival & these were clean & lovely & warm (very important as we arrived during the terrible snowstorms). Our extra 2 guests were also swiftly accommodated in a room near to us & the complimentary bottle of prosecco to celebrate their recent engagement was thoroughly appreciated. Our 3 course evening meals were to die for & the 28 day matured steaks were absolutely delicious. Compliments to the chef & team. I'd like to particularly mention Kamilla from the restaurant staff who was so friendly & efficient - her customer service skills are excellent & she's a great asset to your business. Breakfast was an absolute feast to the eyes with a wonderfully displayed choice of fresh fruit, cold meats, cereals, pastries & of course full English breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Friendly and helpful staff, our family spent Boxing Day here and the food was very tasty, there was a great variety to chose from. Would definitely dine at the restaurant again. Thanks to Peter he was a great host �

Very friendly staff, lovely, bed very comfortable, nice breakfast, although hash brown a bit rubbery. Need to get sky in the rooms! Boring TV!!
